At Crowned Bags, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Show no signs of use, damage, or alteration.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Used or worn products.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse.
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable (if applicable).

Return Request

To start a return, please contact our customer support team within the 30-day return period. Once your request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refund Process

After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to receiving an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, Crowned Bags will work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

For returns requested for other eligible reasons, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return the eligible product and place a new order once your refund has been processed.
