Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.

  • Handling Time: 2–4 business days (Monday through Friday)
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
  • During busy shopping periods or promotional events, processing may require additional time. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping & Transit Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery generally takes:

  • Transit Time: 10–12 business days

The estimated total delivery time is approximately 12–14 business days, including order processing and shipping.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We currently ship to the regions available during checkout. Shipping availability may expand as our business grows.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before your order is finalized.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Crowned Bags cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information submitted during checkout.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and provide updates whenever possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the package and the damaged item(s). We will review your request and assist with an appropriate resolution.
